2.1 I would explain that we have to keep all children safe and it would be best not to so we don't have any accidents.  I would tell her I'm sorry but , you will have to work one late Friday a month and give her resources that may be able to help her.
2.2 I would say I'm glad you like my work so much but next time I will charge you and laugh and walk off.
I would tell the father I'm so sorry i didn't see it when it happen. I will also tell him he has every right to tell my boss. Then I will tell the child if anyone dose anything to hurt you I need to know right away.
